Rasher (グレオ, Gureo) is a cranky, pig villager from the Animal Crossing Series. Rasher's name derives from the term "a rasher of bacon," bacon being made from pigs, or because his skin color is similar to a rashed skin color.

Rasher is a maroon-colored pig with a cream-colored snout. The insides of his pointy ears are pink, like the tips of his hands and feet. He has a scar across his right eye and another along the back of his head. He also loves "Modern Furniture" in the Official Animal Crossing Game(s).

Rasher also loves to sleep in and wear "Purple Clothing".

Even though Rasher is the "Lazy One" in all Animal Crossing Games,

He loves to be outside alot to enjoy the fresh air...

Rasher is a cranky villager, so, at first, he will seem like a grumpy old man to other villagers, including the player, by showing superior knowledge. This, however, will get Rasher into arguments, normally leaving the other villager in the conversation either upset or angry, though he appears to become just as infuriated as them. He likes to collect paintings, and, once you get to know him, can be a good source for "villager warnings" as to if Crazy Redd is currently selling any counterfeit paintings at his black market in the city. Rasher can also tell when someone writes his name on the Bulletin Board, and will mention it to the player.

His house features a Cowhide Rug carpet and Wood Paneling wallpaper. He has an office locker, and a few modern items in his house. If he obtains a stereo, K.K. Faire will be played. He has a Wide-screen TV and a White Golf bag. In Animal Forest, he has 3 Lockers, 3 Gyroids, a Cowhide Rug, a Rusty Shed Wallpaper, a Wide Screen TV, a White Golf Bag, and if given a Stereo it plays K.K. Faire.
