Celeste (フーコ Fuko) Celeste is a red space chicken. She runs the Observatory upstairs in the Museum and delivers crackers to villagers. Celeste makes her debut in Animal Crossing: Wild World and then comes back in Animal Crossing: City Folk. In New Leaf she runs the Museum Gift Shop and in New Horizons she visits your island and gives you DIY recipes.

Celeste at her job

Celeste has the same job in both Animal Crossing games. In New Horizons, Celeste is a stargazer.

Celeste is a cute, petite red owl with a white face. She has a pink bow in the back of her hair and her cheeks are a rosy red. Her eyebrows have dots on them, and her wing tips are gray and white. She greatly resembles her brother Blathers. Her stomach has a diamond shaped pattern that resembles an argyle vest, with alternating pink and white colors. She is always carrying a navy blue book, which most probably contains all of her data on the stars.

Celeste knows her stuff. She is very intelligent and that is one of the major reasons that she was chosen to run the Observatory. She has a light and gentle voice, which shows how fragile she looks. Don't let that fool you, though. Underneath her nice girl exterior is a girl who loves to talk, chat, and have a good time. She was declared as one of the sweetest characters in the Animal Crossing series. She is a better character than Blathers.

When you talk to Celeste, you will have the option to tell her that she's cute. By doing this, she will get flustered and embarrassed. She will return the compliment back to you. You will increase her self-confidence and for this, she will start to like you as well. She is very sensitive about being called cute, so she will start to open up more as you continue to choose that option. Befriending her does not have any advantages except for creating a new found friend.
